After placing your order, you will receive an email. Within approximately 24 hours, I'll personally send you detailed packing and shipping instructions specific to your inclusions and your country or region.

Shipping requirements can vary depending on your location, postal service, and the type of material being sent.

Your instructions will include
How to safely package your inclusions, any country-specific or postal requirements, how to ship, documentation and labeling, and what to expect when they arrive with me.

Shipping Costs
Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping their inclusions to me, and I cover the cost of return shipping for your completed piece within Canada and the United States (duties not included).

International Shipping
If you're outside Canada or the United States, I'll include the appropriate international mailing instructions so you know what to expect and how to prepare your package.


I know sending your inclusions can feel emotional, that's why I'm here to guide you through every step with care and clarity. Once I have received your inclusions, I will contact you to let you know that they are safe with me.

CREMAINS

Shipping Ashes within Canada:   

Only a small amount of ashes are needed for your piece(s)- approximately a pinky nail amount to one tablespoon. Remaining ashes will be securely returned to you with your piece(s).

Please avoid shipping in a large container as it will increase shipping charges.

I suggest purchasing tracked shipping and sharing the tracking number with me. I will reach out to let you know when your loved one(s) is safe with me ♡.

MILK

Shipping Colostrum & Breastmilk:


Bubble/ padded mailers can be purchased from the dollar store or post office. These will serve to protect the bags of your milk during transit and catch any spills.

Please push the air out of the bags so that they can't be ‘popped’ as it makes its way to me, and please do not send your last drop of milk incase it's lost or unsalvagable. I recommend separating the milk so there's a back up.

Shipping Formula:

Place 1 tsp of powdered formula into a sealed bag (double bagged is best) and then into an envelope or packaging of your choosing.

If you're sending ready made or concentrate, please follow the steps above.

PREGNANCY TESTS

Shipping Pregnancy Test Cap:

INCLUSIONS

Remaining inclusions (with the exception of preserved breastmilk) and photos or letters you've sent will be securely returned to you with your keepsakes.

Donor Milk- Please include this in the checkout note.

Blankets & Clothing- A few threads or small piece (and I'll take what I need)

Placenta- Must be encapsulated

Soil & Sand- Approximately 1/2 tsp
