ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order has entered the creation process. Materials are ordered, preparation begins, and your piece is carefully planned, therefore, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded beyond 24 hours.
We kindly ask that any questions or hesitations are addressed before placing your order, so you can feel fully confident moving forward.
CUSTOM & KEEPSAKE JEWELRY
All custom and personalized pieces (including keepsake jewelry) are final sale.
Due to their deeply personal nature and the use of your unique inclusions, these items cannot be returned or refunded after 24 hours.
THE EVERYDAY EDIT JEWELRY
For non-custom, ready-to-ship items, returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and unused, and in original condition and packaging.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order unpon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and make it right.
Please note:
minor variations, inclusions, or natural characteristics are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear, improper care, or accidental damage after delivery.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON - RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom or personalized jewelry, keepsake pieces including inclusions, earrings (for hygiene reasons).
REFUNDS (If Applicable)
If a return is approved for eligible non-custom items, refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit provider.
