Send Your Inclusions

Within 24 hours of ordering, you’ll receive an email with your order number & detailed instructions for packing & mailing your inclusions. Label them clearly as this number stays with your materials through every step.

If you choose to ship with tracking, you're welcome to share the tracking number with me. That way, I can keep an eye on it and confirm as soon as your precious inclusions arrive safely in my care.

From the moment they arrive, they’re treated with the care and respect that your memories deserve.

Creating Your Keepsake

Each piece of jewellery is lovingly made to order.

Once your order is placed & your materials arrive, I prepare them for your jewellery. All inclusions are labeled & safely stored until it’s time to create. I double check your design notes, and if you’ve sent letters, photos, or music requests, they’re part of the process too. I keep photos nearby as I work, surrounding the piece with the energy and memory of your loved one.

For memorial & pregnancy test pieces, a candle is lit in honor of your loved one; a gentle tribute as your keepsake comes to life.

Your Memory, Delivered

Your keepsake has been lovingly packaged and is headed your way! You’ll receive a tracking email once it’s in transit.

Any remaining inclusions (with the exception of preserved milk), letters, or photos you sent are safely returned with care.
