Choosing a keepsake can feel deeply personal, and sometimes you just want to see everything in person before deciding. If you've ever wondered what certain ring sizes feel like, how different chains sit, or what breastmilk, ashes, or other inclusions look like when set into a stone... this is for you.
My In-Person Consultation is a warm, 30 minute meeting where we sit together in a quiet cafe, chat over coffee or tea, and bring your visions to life. You'll be able to:
- Try on sample rings, necklaces, bracelets
- Compare chain lengths and styles
- See inclusions samples
- Explore stone shapes, colours, foils, and customization options
- Get professionally sized for rings, bracelets, or necklaces
- Talk through your story, your person, and what you're envisioning
- Ask any questions you've been unsure about online
I know how hard it can be to shop for something so special without holding it first, and this is a beautiful way to connect, take your time, and make sure it feels just right.
Children are absolutely welcome to join us.
Creating a Safe, Comfortable Space
I always do my best to choose a quiet cafe with comfortable seating. Many of my clients are meeting with me to discuss cremation jewelry or deeply personal pieces, and it's completely natural for emotions to come forward.
I want you to feel safe, supported, and unobserved, so I choose a location where you can share freely without feeling watches or rushed. Your comfort matters to me.

I always do my best to choose a quiet cafe with comfortable seating. Many clients meet with me to discuss deeply meaningful or emotional pieces, and I want you to feel completely at ease if tears come up - this is a safe space.
Consultations are available weekday mornings only. We will meet in a cozy, quiet cafe within:
- Surrey
- South Surrey
- Langley
Travel to Coquitlam or Maple Ridge is available for an additional $5.00 travel fee.
I'm not able to travel into Vancouver at this time.

The consultation fee reflects the time, travel, and preparation involved.
It is not a deposit and does not go toward a jewelry purchase.
Refunds are available if:
If you cancel with 24 hours or more notice, or
You decide to place your keepsake order before the appointment (your consultation fee will be refunded in that case).
Your session can also be transferred to a new date if needed.

Coquitlam or Maple Ridge consults include a small $5.00 travel fee.
How long is the consultation?
Each session is about 30 minutes.
Does the fee go toward my keepsake order?
No, the $60.00 fee is for consultation time and travel. It does not act as a deposit.
Is the consultation refundable?
Yes, with 24+ hours notice.
If you place your keepsake order before our appointment, the consultation is also refundable.
